ONE-CONTROL is the central control platform of the INFRAMEDIC technology architecture. It processes sensor data from SAFETY SENSE, regulates compatible infrared emitters in real time and coordinates operating logic within one integrated system.

It combines sensor processing, automatic output regulation, operating logic and system status within one modular architecture designed for OEM integration.

ONE-CONTROL continuously processes the temperature data provided by SAFETY SENSE and translates it into automatic emitter control. The control loop operates continuously throughout the application.

SAFETY SENSE measures the back temperature
Contactless sensors continuously detect the temperature in the defined back application area and transmit the measured values to ONE-CONTROL.

ONE-CONTROL processes the sensor data
The control logic evaluates the measured values together with the defined system parameters and determines the required emitter output.

Emitter output is adjusted automatically
ONE-CONTROL continuously increases or reduces the infrared output according to the current temperature data.

Measurement, processing and regulation repeat continuously until the defined operating sequence ends.

SAFETY SENSE and ONE-CONTROL form a continuous feedback loop between the application area and the infrared emitter. The system responds automatically to changing temperature values without requiring manual output adjustment.
